  Hello dear readers, today I will tell you about a very interesting website about social work that I like to visit, and I visit it frequently. It is called Propuestas Críticas en Trabajo Social https://revistapropuestascriticas.uchile.cl/.  It is an academic publication of the Department of Social Work of the University of Chile whose purpose is to promote debate and the construction of proposals to address the inequalities and oppressions that affect various sectors of society, where they also receive original articles on different topics.  I like this website because it has very interesting and innovative articles, contains very relevant topics and always makes you think and rethink things.   Hello dear readers, today I will tell you how my future speciality can affect the world.  First I would like to remind you that my current career is Social Work, and as a social worker I can intervene in different ways, this is a career that works very closely with people and their different realities, therefore I can intervene in the most remote realities of state aid, and can affect in that it seeks to deliver the necessary tools and means to people, it works side by side, it is a specialty that is very close to people and always exchanges things.  I would like to work with women who have suffered violence or who live in situations of vulnerability, or with children who experience inequality or violence or any situation that needs intervention, and I believe that I am in that process, studying so that I can deliver everything I have learned, to be able to contribute to the world.  And I believe that because of all of the above, it is a speciality that can affect ...

  Hello dear readers and friends, today I am going to talk about one of my favorite meal (I couldn't choose just one favorite meal, because I love food and cooking haha) "THE LASAGNA", which is an Italian dish, which is very well known and delicious, it is a preparation that is made in layers.😍😍 (a picture of a lasagna I made myself, it doesn't look very nice but it was delicious!) There are many ways to prepare lasagna, but I usually make one with meat and one vegetarian. The lasagna with meat comes with a layer of tomato sauce with seasoning and ground meat, then a layer of dough that is sold in supermarkets and a layer of cheese and I repeat the layers. And the vegetarian lasagna I make the same, only I use "soy protein" instead of meat.  Hello dear friends and readers 💖 , in this post I will talk about my favorite piece of technology, which is my cell phone, I have it since Christmas 2018, the truth is I am very careful with my belongings, and my cell phone I take care that it does not fall and it works very well. My first cell phone was given to me when I was 11 years old, it was a "BlackBerry" model but it didn't have internet, I only used it to call and play, and unlike other "BlackBerry" cell phones mine didn't have WhatsApp (which was the coolest application that cell phones could have haha).   W hen I was a child, I dreamed of being a teacher, I always played with my sister that I was the teacher, and did the tests and activities (we had a lot of imagination hehe) but I grew up and I even thought about being a veterinarian. In my last years at school, I realized that I didn't like anything related to natural sciences or mathematics (I never liked mathematics) and I didn't like engineering either. My options before entering university were psychology, law and even veterinary medicine. Finally I decided for Social Work, because it was the program that I liked the most. I chose this career because I believe it will give me the necessary tools to intervene and contribute positively in society.   Unfortunately the pandemic has changed the classes a little, since they are virtual classes and that is a little frustrating and sad.
